Sorry to reply late.
Its quite difficult to say which country is better for the
course you have mentioned.
To study in US, you need to get TOEFL atleast 550 and if you
llok for MBA then youy need to take GMAT. There is some
university may not require GMAT but require TOEFL since you
AGP is very low.
some university provide Pathway to master degree when you
take English course and reach a certain level i.e. 109-112
such as University of New Haen in Connecticut.
For UK, you need IELTS atleast 6.0 to 6.5
I would suggest that when you come back home then contact
