I would recommend you to study MBA at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. I also finsihed up my MBA degree from here.  The admission criteria  is that (GPA *200) + GMAT score should be higher than 1100.

Additonally, this school was added credit by AACSB and there are planty of assistantships and scholarships available for international students. If you are interesting, I would recommned you to go to an open forum and talk directly with graduated school admission.
